Review of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 (Qld)

This report provides a review of Queensland's whistleblowing legislation (Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010) in the public sector. Key findings include a need for a higher threshold for what constitutes a disclosure and expanding who is able to make a disclosure so that others such as contractors and interns may also participate.
