RCOG (UK) Race Equity Project Report

The Race Equity Project by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists was developed to address racism in the O&G workforce as it relates to health professionals and patients. Key actions include measurement of diversity of members, graduation rates and career progression.
