RACMCA Leadership for Clinicians Program

RACMA's Leadership for Clinicians Program provides participants with the knowledge, skills, confidence and self-awareness to play a central role in decision making within their healthcare and community services. The key areas of study are understanding the healthcare system, clinical governance and medicolegal awareness, medical workforce management and engagement, leading strategy and change, financial governance and professionalism, leadership and culture. The program is held fully online or blended (face to face and online) and takes around 4 months to complete.
