Outlines Queensland Health's obligation to educate and support all employees to prevent, intervene early and respond to offensive behaviour. Additionally, under section 47C of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), and section 25 of the Respect at Work and Other Matters Amendment Act 2024 it has a positive duty to take reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate, as far as possible, unlawful sexual conduct. This requires active prevention and risk management strategies, which are also outlined.
