NSW Health Respecting the Difference Aboriginal Cultural Training Policy

Outlines NSW Health's requirement for staff to complete the Respecting the Difference learning pathway, consisting of an eLearning module and face to face training on Aboriginal peoples experiences of life, government, cross-cultural experiences, trauma, and history, along with the impact of unconscious bias, enablers to cultural safety and identifying areas for improvement in a personal and professional setting. It also directs NSW Health organisations to have processes in place to monitor and manage completion rates as per 6 monthly training reports delivered to the Senior Executive.
