This framework was developed in partnership with the medical, allied health and nursing colleges, as well as various education and advocacy organisations to address the need for healthcare provision to be culturally responsive to an increasingly diverse population. The framework focuses on the experience of migrant and refugee backgrounds, rather than Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
