Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (Canada) A Framework for Integrating Structural Competency into Physician Leadership Curricula

This framework is aimed at those developing and delivering leadership training programs for clinicians to incorporate structural competency into physician leadership curricula. Structural competency refers to the effects of high level decisions, and in relation to this framework, structural competency is required to understand and mitigate systemic issues in the health system. There are 9 competencies provided in the framework to achieve structural competency.
