AIDA Australian and Torres Strait Islander Medical Workforce Project Report

This report by the Australian Indigenous Doctors' Association assesses the state of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical workforce and provides opportunities for growth through minimum standards as well as best practice standards. The report takes a careful look at strategies in place in specialist medical colleges to improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participation. The standards discussed are particularly relevant to cultivating cultural safety.
