Beamtree Workforce Wellbeing Collaborative Program

This program measures the wellbeing of healthcare organisations workforce and provides local and relevant resources to support staff. Part of the program includes access to the Well-Being Index, developed by the Mayo Clinic, which measures 6 dimensions of distress and wellbeing, by different cohorts. The Australia and New Zealand delivery of the program, and access to benchmark data is through Beamtree.
