This year's results from the MBA's Medical Training Survey were released on the 3rd of December. Of particular interest, this year's survey included a question around sexual harassment, which shows while rates are lower than other negative behaviours, women and non-binary trainees are much more likely to experience it as opposed to male trainees. Additionally, there is a marked difference in rates of BHDR between trainees who are marginalised (by their gender or race) and those who are not - shown in our socials post below.
