Outlines Queensland Health's Workplace Equity and Harassment Officer (WEHO) network, where all employees have access to trained WEHOs available to confidentially discuss options for resolving complaints and rights and responsibilities in the workplace and to provide active support to a complainant or alleged offender. WEHOs are volunteers who self-nominate to provide support for 2 years pending approval from the health service district and completion of a training program.
