This policy defines what is considered unacceptable behaviour by Fellows, Trainees, International Medical Graduates (IMGs), volunteers and staff and outlines the role of CICM in preventing and addressing their occurrence. It also provides information on key instruments and initiatives that workplaces and employers can implement to prevent bullying, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace.
